Glorify the name of your Lord, the Most High.
(۸۷:۱)
نام پروردگارت را ستایش کن، بالاترین.
[87:2]
He creates and shapes.
(۸۷:۲)
او خلق می‌کند و شکل می‌دهد.
[87:3]
He designs and guides.
(۸۷:۳)
او طرح می‌کند و هدایت می‌کند.
[87:4]
He produces the pasture.
(۸۷:۴)
او چراگاه به وجود می‌آورد.
[87:5]
Then turns it into light hay.
(۸۷:۵)
سپس آن را به کاهی سبک تبدیل می‌کند.
[87:6]
We will recite to you; do not forget.
(۸۷:۶)
ما بر تو خواهیم خواند؛ فراموش نکن.
[87:7]
Everything is in accordance with GOD's will; He knows what is declared, and what is hidden.
(۸۷:۷)
همه چیز بر طبق خواست خدا است؛ او آنچه را آشکار است، و آنچه را پنهان است می‌داند.
[87:8]
We will direct you to the easiest path.
(۸۷:۸)
ما تو را به آسانترین راه راهنمایی خواهیم کرد.
[87:9]
Therefore, you shall remind; perhaps the reminder will benefit.
(۸۷:۹)
بنابراین، باید یادآوری کنی؛ شاید یادآوری منفعتی داشته باشد.
[87:10]
The reverent will take heed.
(۸۷:۱۰)
حرمتگزار متوجه خواهد شد.
[87:11]
The wicked will avoid it.
(۸۷:۱۱)
ستمکار از آن اجتناب خواهد کرد.
[87:12]
Consequently, he will suffer the great Hellfire.
(۸۷:۱۲)
در نتیجه، او به آتش عظیم جهنم گرفتار خواهد شد.
[87:13]
Wherein he never dies, nor stays alive.
(۸۷:۱۳)
جایی که در آن هرگز نمی‌میرد، و نه زنده می‌ماند.
[87:14]
Successful indeed is the one who redeems his soul.
(۸۷:۱۴)
حقیقتاً پیروز آن کسی است که نفس خود را بخشوده سازد.
[87:15]
By remembering the name of his Lord, and observing the contact prayers (Salat).
(۸۷:۱۵)
با بیاد آوردن نام پروردگارش، و بجا آوردن دعای ارتباطی (نماز).
[87:16]
Indeed, you are preoccupied with this first life.
(۸۷:۱۶)
به درستی که شما سرگرم این زندگی اوّل هستید.
[87:17]
Even though the Hereafter is far better and everlasting.
(۸۷:۱۷)
اگر چه، آخرت بسیار بهتر است و جاودانی.
[87:18]
This is recorded in the earlier teachings.
