[15:1]
A.L.R.* These (letters) are proofs of this scripture; a profound Quran.
(۱۵:۱)
ا.ل.ر. این (حروف) اثبات این کتاب آسمانی است؛ قرآنی پرمحتوا.
[15:2]
Certainly, those who disbelieved will wish they were submitters.
(۱۵:۲)
مسلماً، کسانی که ایمان نیاوردند آرزو خواهند کرد که از تسلیم شدگان بودند.
[15:3]
Let them eat, enjoy, and remain blinded by wishful thinking; they will find out.
(۱۵:۳)
بگذار بخورند، لذت ببرند، و با افکار خیالی کور بمانند؛ آنها خواهند فهمید.
[15:4]
We never annihilated any community, except in accordance with a specific, predetermined time.
(۱۵:۴)
ما هرگز جمعیتی را هلاک نکردیم، مگر در زمانی معین، تعیین شده از قبل.
[15:5]
The end of any community can never be advanced, nor delayed.
(۱۵:۵)
پایان هیچ جمعیتی هرگز به جلو یا به عقب نمی‌افتد.
[15:6]
They said, "O you who received this reminder, you are crazy.
(۱۵:۶)
آنها گفتند، "ای کسی که این تذکر را دریافت کردی، تو دیوانه هستی.
[15:7]
"Why do you not bring down the angels, if you are truthful?"
(۱۵:۷)
"چرا فرشتگان را پایین نمی‌آوری، اگر راست می‌گویی؟"
[15:8]
We do not send down the angels except for specific functions. Otherwise, no one will be respited.
(۱۵:۸)
ما فرشتگان را پایین نمی‌فرستیم، مگر برای اعمالی خاص. وگرنه به هیچکس مهلت داده نخواهد شد.
[15:9]
Absolutely, we have revealed the reminder, and, absolutely, we will preserve it.*
(۱۵:۹)
مسلماً، ما تذکر را نازل کردیم، و، مسلماً، ما از آن حفاظت خواهیم کرد.
[15:10]
We have sent (messengers) before you to the communities in the past.
(۱۵:۱۰)
ما قبل از تو (رسولانی) به جمعیتهای قبلی فرستادهایم.
[15:11]
Every time a messenger went to them, they ridiculed him.
(۱۵:۱۱)
هر وقت رسولی نزدشان رفت، او را مسخره کردند.
[15:12]
We thus control the minds of the guilty.
(۱۵:۱۲)
اینچنین ما افکار گناهکاران را کنترل می‌کنیم.
[15:13]
Consequently, they cannot believe in him. This has been the system since the past generations.
(۱۵:۱۳)
در نتیجه، آنها نمی‌توانند به او ایمان آورند. از نسلهای قبل، روش همین بوده است.
[15:14]
Even if we opened for them a gate into the sky, through which they climb;
(۱۵:۱۴)
حتی اگر ما دروازهای به آسمان برایشان بگشاییم، تا از آن بالا روند؛
[15:15]
they will say, "Our eyes have been deceived. We have been bewitched."
(۱۵:۱۵)
خواهند گفت، "چشمان ما گول خورده است. ما جادو شدهایم."
[15:16]
We placed galaxies in the sky, and adorned it for the beholders.
(۱۵:۱۶)
ما کهکشانها را در آسمان قرار دادیم، و آن را برای مشاهدهکنندگان تزیین کردیم.
[15:17]
And we guarded it against every rejected devil.
(۱۵:۱۷)
و ما آن را از هر شیطان مردودی حفاظت کردیم.
[15:18]
If any of them sneaks around to listen, a mighty projectile will chase him back.
(۱۵:۱۸)
اگر هر یک از آنها در آن اطراف پنهانی گوش دهد، شهاب نیرومندی او را تعقیب خواهد کرد.
[15:19]
As for the earth, we constructed it, and placed on it stabilizers (mountains), and we grew on it a perfect balance of everything.
(۱۵:۱۹)
و اما زمین، ما آن را ساختیم، و روی آن استحکاماتی برای توازن (کوهها) قرار دادیم، و ما روی آن همه چیز را متناسب رویاندیم.
[15:20]
We made it habitable for you,* and for creatures you do not provide for.
(۱۵:۲۰)
ما آن را برای شما قابل سکونت قرار دادیم، و برای موجوداتی که شما روزی آنها را نمی‌دهید.
[15:21]
There is nothing that we do not own infinite amounts thereof. But we send it down in precise measure.
(۱۵:۲۱)
چیزی نیست که ما از آن به مقدار بینهایت نداشته باشیم. اما ما آن را به مقداری دقیق پایین می‌فرستیم.
[15:22]
And we send the winds as pollinators, and cause water to come down from the sky for you to drink. Otherwise, you could not keep it palatable.
(۱۵:۲۲)
و ما بادها را برای گردهافشانی می‌فرستیم و باعث می‌شویم که آب از آسمان برای نوشیدن شما پایین آید. وگرنه شما نمی‌توانستید آن را قابل نوشیدن نگه دارید.
[15:23]
It is we who control life and death, and we are the ultimate inheritors.
(۱۵:۲۳)
ما هستیم که زندگی و مرگ را کنترل می‌کنیم، و ما وارثان نهایی هستیم.
[15:24]
And we fully know those among you who advance, and we fully know those who regress.
(۱۵:۲۴)
و ما کاملاً به کسانی که در میان شما پیشرفت می‌کنند، آگاه هستیم، و ما کاملاً به کسانی که عقب می‌افتند، آگاه هستیم.
[15:25]
Your Lord will surely summon them. He is Most Wise, Omniscient.
(۱۵:۲۵)
پروردگارت مسلماً آنها را احضار خواهد کرد. او حکیمترین است، دانای مطلق.
[15:26]
We created the human being from aged mud, like the potter's clay.
(۱۵:۲۶)
ما انسان را از گِل سالخورده خلق کردیم، مانند گِل کوزهگری.
[15:27]
As for the jinns, we created them, before that, from blazing fire.
(۱۵:۲۷)
و جنها را قبل از آن از شعلههای آتش خلق کردیم.
[15:28]
Your Lord said to the angels, "I am creating a human being from aged mud, like the potter's clay.
(۱۵:۲۸)
پروردگارت به فرشتگان گفت، "من بشری از گل سالخورده خلق می‌کنم، مانند گل کوزهگری.
[15:29]
"Once I perfect him, and blow into him from My spirit, you shall fall prostrate before him."
(۱۵:۲۹)
"هنگامی که او را کامل کنم و از روح خود در او بدمم، شما باید در مقابل او سجده کنید."
[15:30]
The angels fell prostrate; all of them,
(۱۵:۳۰)
فرشتگان سجده کردند؛ همه آنها،
[15:31]
except Iblis (Satan). He refused to be with the prostrators.
(۱۵:۳۱)
بجز ابلیس (شیطان). او با سجده کنندگان نبود.
[15:32]
He said, "O Iblis (Satan), why are you not with the prostrators?"
(۱۵:۳۲)
او گفت، "ای ابلیس (شیطان)، چرا تو با سجده کنندگان نیستی؟"
[15:33]
He said, "I am not to prostrate before a human being, whom You created from aged mud, like the potter's clay."
(۱۵:۳۳)
او گفت، "من در مقابل بشری که او را از گل سالخورده، مانند گل کوزهگری آفریدهای، سجده نمی‌کنم."
[15:34]
He said, "Therefore, you must get out; you are banished.
(۱۵:۳۴)
او گفت، "بنابراین، تو باید بیرون بروی؛ تو رانده شدهای.
[15:35]
"You have incurred My condemnation until the Day of Judgment."
(۱۵:۳۵)
"تو تا روز قضاوت به محکومیت من گرفتار شدهای."
[15:36]
He said, "My Lord, respite me until the day they are resurrected."
(۱۵:۳۶)
او گفت، "پروردگار من، به من مهلت بده تا آن روز که آنها برانگیخته شوند."
[15:37]
He said, "You are respited.
(۱۵:۳۷)
او گفت، "به تو مهلت داده شد.
[15:38]
"Until the specified day and time."
(۱۵:۳۸)
"تا روز و زمانی معین."
[15:39]
He said, "My Lord, since You have willed that I go astray, I will surely entice them on earth; I will send them all astray.
(۱۵:۳۹)
او گفت، "پروردگار من، چون خواست تو بوده که من گمراه شوم، من حتماً آنها را در زمین گول خواهم زد؛ من همه آنها را گمراه خواهم کرد.
[15:40]
"Except those among Your worshipers who are devoted absolutely to You alone."
(۱۵:۴۰)
"بجز کسانی در میان پرستش کنندگان تو که مطلقاً وقف تنها تو هستند."
[15:41]
He said, "This is a law that is inviolable.
(۱۵:۴۱)
او گفت، "این قانون غیر قابل نقض است.
[15:42]
"You have no power over My servants. You only have power over the strayers who follow you.
(۱۵:۴۲)
"تو هیچ قدرتی بر بندگان من نداری. تو فقط بر گمراهانی قدرت داری که از تو پیروی می‌کنند.
[15:43]
"And Hell awaits them all.
(۱۵:۴۳)
"و جهنم منتظر همه آنها است.
[15:44]
"It will have seven gates. Each gate will get a specific share of them."
(۱۵:۴۴)
"آن هفت دروازه خواهد داشت. هر دروازه سهم خاصی از آنها را خواهد گرفت."
[15:45]
As for the righteous, they will enjoy gardens and springs.
(۱۵:۴۵)
و اما برای پرهیزکاران، آنها از باغها و چشمهها لذت خواهند برد.
[15:46]
Enter therein, peaceful and secure.
(۱۵:۴۶)
وارد آن شوید، با صلح و امنیت.
[15:47]
We remove all jealousy from their hearts. Like one family, they will be on adjacent furnishings.
(۱۵:۴۷)
ما همه حسادتها را از قلبهایشان دور می‌سازیم. مانند یک خانواده، آنها روی مبلمان نزدیک هم خواهند بود.
[15:48]
Never will they suffer any fatigue therein; never will they be evicted therefrom.
(۱۵:۴۸)
آنها هرگز در آن خسته نخواهند شد؛ هرگز از آنجا بیرون نخواهند شد.
[15:49]
Inform My servants that I am the Forgiver, Most Merciful.
(۱۵:۴۹)
بندگان من را آگاه کن که من عفو کننده هستم، مهربانترین.
[15:50]
And that My retribution is the most painful retribution.
(۱۵:۵۰)
و اینکه عذاب من دردناکترین عذابها است.
[15:51]
Inform them about Abraham's guests.
(۱۵:۵۱)
آنها را در باره میهمانان ابراهیم آگاه کن.
[15:52]
When they entered his quarters, they said, "Peace." He said, "We are apprehensive about you."
(۱۵:۵۲)
هنگامی که آنها وارد اقامتگاه او شدند، گفتند، "صلح". او گفت، "ما از شما بیمناک هستیم.!
[15:53]
They said, "Do not be apprehensive. We have good news for you: an enlightened son."
(۱۵:۵۳)
آنها گفتند، "بیمناک نباش. ما برای تو خبر خوش داریم: پسری دانا."
[15:54]
He said, "How can you give me such good news, when I am so old? Do you still give me this good news?"
(۱۵:۵۴)
او گفت، "چطور می‌توانید چنین خبر خوشی به من بدهید، درحالی که من اینقدر پیر هستم؟ آیا هنوز این خبر خوش را به من می‌دهید؟"
[15:55]
They said, "The good news we give you is true; do not despair."
(۱۵:۵۵)
آنها گفتند، "خبر خوشی که ما به تو می‌دهیم حقیقت است؛ ناامید نباش."
[15:56]
He said, "None despairs of his Lord's mercy, except the strayers."
(۱۵:۵۶)
او گفت، "هیچکس از رحمت پروردگارش ناامید نمی‌شود، بجز گمراهان."
[15:57]
He said, "What is your mission, O messengers?"
(۱۵:۵۷)
او گفت، "مأموریت شما چیست، ای رسولان؟"
[15:58]
They said, "We are being dispatched to guilty people.
(۱۵:۵۸)
آنها گفتند، "ما بر مردمی گناهکار فرستاده شدهایم.
[15:59]
"As for Lot's family, we will save them all.
(۱۵:۵۹)
"و اما خانواده لوط، ما همگی آنها را نجات خواهیم داد.
[15:60]
"But not his wife; she is destined to be with the doomed."
(۱۵:۶۰)
"بجز زن او؛ سرنوشت او این است که با محکوم به فناشدگان باشد."
[15:61]
The messengers went to Lot's town.
(۱۵:۶۱)
رسولان به شهر لوط رفتند.
[15:62]
He said, "You are unknown people."
(۱۵:۶۲)
او گفت، "شما مردمی ناشناس هستید."
[15:63]
They said, "We bring to you what they have been doubting.
(۱۵:۶۳)
آنها گفتند، "ما بر تو آنچه را که آنها در آن شک داشتند، می‌آوریم.
[15:64]
"We bring to you the truth; we are truthful.
(۱۵:۶۴)
"ما حقیقت را بر تو می‌آوریم؛ ما راستگو هستیم.
[15:65]
"You shall take your family during the night. Stay behind them, and make sure that none of you looks back. Go straight as commanded."
(۱۵:۶۵)
"هنگام شب، باید خانواده خود را ببری. پشت سرشان باش، و اطمینان پیدا کن تا هیچکدام از شما پشت سرش را نگاه نکند. همانطور که فرمان داده شد، مستقیم بروید."
[15:66]
We delivered to him this command: those people are to be annihilated in the morning.
(۱۵:۶۶)
ما به او این فرمان را تحویل دادیم: آن مردم در صبحگاه باید هلاک شوند.
[15:67]
The people of the city came joyfully.
(۱۵:۶۷)
اهالی شهر شادمان آمدند.
[15:68]
He said, "These are my guests; do not embarrass me.
(۱۵:۶۸)
او گفت، "اینها میهمانان من هستند؛ من را خجالتزده نکنید.
[15:69]
"Fear GOD, and do not shame me."
(۱۵:۶۹)
"از خدا بترسید، و من را شرمسار نکنید."
[15:70]
They said, "Did we not enjoin you from contacting anyone?"
(۱۵:۷۰)
آنها گفتند، "آیا ما تو را از تماس با دیگران منع نکردیم؟"
[15:71]
He said, "Here are my daughters, if you must."
(۱۵:۷۱)
او گفت، "این دختران من، اگر مجبور هستید."
[15:72]
But, alas, they were totally blinded by their lust.
(۱۵:۷۲)
اما افسوس که آنها کاملاً در شهوت خود کور شده بودند.
[15:73]
Consequently, the disaster struck them in the morning.
(۱۵:۷۳)
در نتیجه، صبحگاه بلا به آنها اصابت کرد.
[15:74]
We turned it upside down, and showered them with devastating rocks.
(۱۵:۷۴)
ما آنجا را زیر و رو کردیم، و بر آنها سنگهای ویران کننده باریدیم.
[15:75]
This is a lesson for those who possess intelligence.
(۱۵:۷۵)
این درس عبرتی است برای صاحبان خرد.
[15:76]
This will always be the system.
(۱۵:۷۶)
همیشه روش چنین خواهد بود.
[15:77]
This is a sign for the believers.
(۱۵:۷۷)
این نشانهای است برای مؤمنان.
[15:78]
The people of the woods also were transgressors.
(۱۵:۷۸)
مردم چوب هم از متجاوزین بودند.
[15:79]
Consequently, we avenged from them, and both communities are fully documented.
(۱۵:۷۹)
در نتیجه، ما از آنها انتقام گرفتیم، و هر دو جمعیت کاملاً ثبت شدهاند.
[15:80]
The people of Al-Hijr disbelieved the messengers.
(۱۵:۸۰)
مردم حجر رسولان را باور نکردند.
[15:81]
We gave them our revelations, but they disregarded them.
(۱۵:۸۱)
ما آیات خود را به آنها دادیم، اما آنها به آن بی اعتنایی کردند.
[15:82]
They used to carve secure homes out of the mountains.
(۱۵:۸۲)
آنها در کوهها منازلی امن می‌تراشیدند.
[15:83]
The disaster hit them in the morning.
(۱۵:۸۳)
بلا صبحگاه به آنها اصابت کرد.
[15:84]
What they hoarded did not help them.
(۱۵:۸۴)
آنچه که اندوخته بودند، به آنها کمک نکرد.
[15:85]
We did not create the heavens and the earth, and everything between them, except for a specific purpose. The end of the world will come, so treat them with benign neglect.
(۱۵:۸۵)
ما آسمانها و زمین و هر چه را در بین آنها است، خلق نکردیم، مگر به مقصودی خاص. آخر دنیا خواهد آمد، پس با نرمی از آنها چشمپوشی کن.
[15:86]
Your Lord is the Creator, the Omniscient.
(۱۵:۸۶)
پروردگارت خالق است، دانای مطلق.
[15:87]
We have given you the seven pairs, and the great Quran.
(۱۵:۸۷)
ما به تو هفت جفت، و قرآن عظیم را عطا کردهایم.
[15:88]
Do not be jealous of what we bestowed upon the other (messengers), and do not be saddened (by the disbelievers), and lower your wing for the believers.
(۱۵:۸۸)
حسادت نکن بر آنچه به (رسولان) دیگر عطا کردیم، و غمگین نباش (از کافران)، و با مؤمنان فروتن باش.
[15:89]
And proclaim: "I am the manifest warner."
(۱۵:۸۹)
و اعلام کن: "من هشدار دهندهای آشکار هستم."
[15:90]
We will deal with the dividers.
(۱۵:۹۰)
ما به فرقه فرقه کنندگان رسیدگی خواهیم کرد.
[15:91]
They accept the Quran only partially.
(۱۵:۹۱)
آنها فقط قسمتی از قرآن را قبول می‌کنند.
[15:92]
By your Lord, we will question them all,
(۱۵:۹۲)
به پروردگارت قسم، ما از همه آنها سئوال خواهیم کرد،
[15:93]
about everything they have done.
(۱۵:۹۳)
راجع به هر عملی که انجام دادهاند.
[15:94]
Therefore, carry out the orders given to you, and disregard the idol worshipers.
(۱۵:۹۴)
بنابراین، به دستوراتی که به تو داده شده است عمل کن، و نسبت به مشرکان بی اعتناء باش.
[15:95]
We will spare you the mockers,
(۱۵:۹۵)
ما تو را از شر مسخرهکنندگان نجات خواهیم داد،
[15:96]
who set up another god beside GOD. They will surely find out.
(۱۵:۹۶)
که خدای دیگری در کنار خدا قرار می‌دهند. آنها حتماً خواهند فهمید.
[15:97]
We know full well that you may be annoyed by their utterances.
(۱۵:۹۷)
ما خوب می‌دانیم که تو ممکن است از گفتههایشان ناراحت شوی.
[15:98]
You shall sing the praises of your Lord, and be with the prostrators.
(۱۵:۹۸)
باید ستایش پروردگارت را بخوانی، و با سجده کنندگان باشی.
[15:99]
And worship your Lord, in order to attain certainty.*
(۱۵:۹۹)
و پروردگارت را پرستش کن، تا از یقین برخوردار شوی.
