به نام خدا، بخشندهترین، مهربانترین
[59:1] Glorifying GOD is everything in the heavens and the earth, and He is the Almighty, Most Wise.
[59:2] He is the One who evicted those who disbelieved among the people of the scripture from their homes in a mass exodus. You never thought that they would leave, and they thought that their preparations would protect them from GOD. But then GOD came to them whence they never expected, and threw terror into their hearts. Thus, they abandoned their homes on their own volition, in addition to pressure from the believers. You should learn from this, O you who possess vision.
(۵۹:۲) او آن یکتایی است که از میان مردمی که کتاب آسمانی داشتند، کسانی را که ایمان نیاوردند، از خانههایشان دسته جمعی بیرون کرد. شما هرگز فکر نمی‌کردید که آنها بیرون بروند، و آنها فکر کردند که آمادگیشان ایشان را در مقابل خدا محافظت خواهد کرد. اما سپس خدا از جهتی که هرگز انتظار آن را نداشتند، بر ایشان آمد، و در قلبشان وحشت انداخت. بنابراین، آنها خانههایشان را با میل خود ترک کردند، بعلاوه فشار از طرف مؤمنان. شما باید از این درس بگیرید، ای کسانی که بصیرت دارید.
[59:3] If GOD did not force them to leave, He would have requited them in this life (even worse than forcing them to leave). In the Hereafter He will commit them to the retribution of Hell.
(۵۹:۳) اگر خدا آنها را مجبور به ترک کردن نمی‌کرد، او آنها را در این دنیا به عذاب گرفتار می‌کرد (حتی بدتر از اینکه آنها را مجبور به ترک نماید). در آخرت او آنها را گرفتار عذاب جهنم خواهد کرد.
[59:4] This is because they opposed GOD and His messenger. For those who oppose GOD and His messenger, GOD is most strict in enforcing retribution.
(۵۹:۴) این به خاطر آن است که آنها با خدا و رسولش مخالفت کردند. برای کسانی که با خدا و رسولش مخالفت می‌کنند، خدا در اجرای مجازات سختگیرترین است.
[59:5] Whether you chop a tree, or leave it standing on its trunk, is in accordance with GOD's will. He will surely humiliate the wicked.
(۵۹:۵) چه درختی را قطع کنید و چه آن را روی تنهاش باقی گذارید، بر طبق خواست خدا است. او مطمئناً ستمکاران را خوار خواهد کرد.
[59:6] Whatever GOD restored for His messenger was not the result of your war efforts, whether you fought on horses or on foot. GOD is the One who sends His messengers against whomever He wills. GOD is Omnipotent.
(۵۹:۶) هر چه خدا برای رسولش جایگزین ساخت، در نتیجه جنگیدن شما نبود، چه سوار بر اسبها جنگیدید، و چه پیاده. خدا است که رسولانش را بر علیه هر کس بخواهد می‌فرستد. خدا قادر مطلق است.
[59:7] Whatever GOD restored to His messenger from the (defeated) communities shall go to GOD and His messenger (in the form of a charity). You shall give it to the relatives, the orphans, the poor, and the traveling alien. Thus, it will not remain monopolized by the strong among you. You may keep the spoils given to you by the messenger, but do not take what he enjoins you from taking. You shall reverence GOD. GOD is strict in enforcing retribution.
(۵۹:۷) هر چه خدا از جمعیتهای (شکست خورده) نصیب رسولش کرد، باید به خدا و رسولش (بعنوان انفاق) تعلق گیرد. باید آن را به خویشاوندان، یتیمان، مسکینان، و مسافران بیگانه بدهید. در نتیجه، آن در انحصار توانگران در میان شما باقی نخواهد ماند. شما میتوانید غنیمتهای جنگ را که رسول به شما داده است، نگه دارید، اما از آنچه او شما را از آن منع کرده است، برندارید. شما باید به هیبت خدا حرمت نهید. خدا در اجرای مجازات سختگیر است.
[59:8] (You shall give) to the needy who immigrated. They were evicted from their homes and deprived of their properties, because they sought GOD's grace and pleasure, and because they supported GOD and His messenger. They are the truthful.
(۵۹:۸) (شما باید بدهید) به محتاجانی که مهاجرت کردند. آنها از خانههای خود بیرون شدند، و از املاک خود محروم شدند، زیرا آنها در جستجوی رحمت و خشنودی خدا بودند، و به خاطر اینکه از خدا و رسولش حمایت کردند. آنها راستگویان هستند.
[59:9] As for those who provided them with a home and a refuge, and were believers before them, they love those who immigrated to them, and find no hesitation in their hearts in helping them. In fact, they readily give them priority over themselves, even when they themselves need what they give away. Indeed, those who overcome their natural stinginess are the successful ones.
(۵۹:۹) و اما کسانی که برای آنها خانه و پناهگاه فراهم آوردند، و خود قبل از ایشان از مؤمنان بودند، کسانی را که بسویشان مهاجرت کردند، دوست دارند، و در قلبشان هیچگونه شکی در کمک کردن به ایشان نیابند. درواقع، آنها مشتاقانه ایشان را بر خود مقدم می‌دارند، حتی اگر خودشان به آنچه انفاق می‌کنند محتاج باشند. به درستی که، کسانی که بر خساست طبیعی خود غلبه کنند موفق هستند.
[59:10] Those who became believers after them say, "Our Lord, forgive us and our brethren who preceded us to the faith, and keep our hearts from harboring any hatred towards those who believed. Our Lord, You are Compassionate, Most Merciful."
(۵۹:۱۰) کسانی که پس از ایشان مؤمن شدند، گویند، "پروردگار ما، ما را ببخش، و برادران ما را که در ایمان بر ما سبقت گرفتند، و قلب ما را از نفرت نسبت به کسانی که ایمان آوردند، بازدار. پروردگار ما، تو رئوف هستی، مهربانترین."
[59:11] Have you noted those who are plagued with hypocrisy, and how they said to their companions in disbelief among the people of the scripture, "If you are evicted we will go out with you, and will never obey anyone who opposes you. If anyone fights you, we will fight on your side." GOD bears witness that they are liars.
(۵۹:۱۱) آیا توجه کردهای به کسانی که بلای نفاق دارند، و چطور به همنشینان بدون اعتقادشان در میان مردمی که کتاب آسمانی داشتند گفتند، "اگر شما را بیرون کنند، ما با شما بیرون خواهیم آمد، و هرگز از کسی که با شما مخالفت کند اطاعت نخواهیم کرد. اگر کسی با شما بجنگد، ما در جنگ طرف شما خواهیم بود." خدا شهادت می‌دهد که آنها دروغگو هستند.
[59:12] In fact, if they were evicted, they would not have gone out with them, and if anyone fought them, they would not have supported them. Even if they supported them, they would have turned around and fled. They could never win.
(۵۹:۱۲) در واقع، اگر آنها را بیرون کرده بودند، با ایشان بیرون نمی‌رفتند، و اگر کسی با آنها می‌جنگید، آنها از ایشان حمایت نمی‌کردند. حتی اگر ایشان را حمایت هم می‌کردند، باز می‌گشتند، و فرار می‌کردند. آنها هرگز نمی‌توانستند پیروز شوند.
[59:13] Indeed, you strike more terror in their hearts than their fear of GOD. This is because they are people who do not comprehend.
(۵۹:۱۳) به درستی که، ترسی که شما در قلبشان می‌اندازید بیشتر از ترسشان از خدا است. این به خاطر آن است که آنها مردمی هستند که درک نمی‌کنند.
[59:14] They do not get together to fight you unless they are in well-shielded buildings, or behind walls. Their might appears formidable among themselves. You would think that they are united, when in fact their hearts are divided. This is because they are people who do not understand.
(۵۹:۱۴) آنها جمع نمی‌شوند تا با شما بجنگند، مگر اینکه در ساختمانهای کاملاً محفوظی باشند، یا در پشت دیوارها. نیروی آنها در بین خودشان قوی بنظر می‌رسد. ممکنست فکر کنی که آنها با هم متحد هستند، در حالی که حقیقتاً قلبهایشان از هم جدا است. این به خاطر آن است که آنها مردمی هستند که نمی‌فهمند.
[59:15] Their fate is the same as their counterparts who preceded them. They suffered the consequences of their decisions. They have incurred a painful retribution.
(۵۹:۱۵) سرنوشت آنها مانند آنهایی است که پیش از ایشان بودند. آنها از نتایج تصمیماتشان رنج کشیدند. آنها سزاوار عذابی دردناک شدهاند.
[59:16] They are like the devil: he says to the human being, "Disbelieve," then as soon as he disbelieves, he says, "I disown you. I fear GOD, Lord of the universe."
(۵۹:۱۶) آنها مانند شیطان هستند: او به انسان می‌گوید، "ناباور شو،" سپس به مجرداینکه ناباور می‌شود، می‌گوید، "من تو را طرد می‌کنم. من از خدا می‌ترسم، پروردگار جهان."
[59:17] The destiny for both of them is the Hellfire, wherein they abide forever. This is the requital for the transgressors.
[59:18] O you who believe, you shall reverence GOD, and let every soul examine what it has sent ahead for tomorrow. You shall reverence GOD; GOD is fully Cognizant of everything you do.
(۵۹:۱۸) ای کسانی که ایمان دارید، شما باید به هیبت خدا حرمت نهید، و بگذارید تا هر نفسی آنچه را برای فردا فرستاده است، بررسی کند. شما باید به هیبت خدا حرمت نهید؛ خدا کاملاً بر هرچه شما انجام میدهید آگاه است.
[59:19] Do not be like those who forgot GOD, so He made them forget themselves. These are the wicked.
(۵۹:۱۹) مانند کسانی نباشید که خدا را فراموش کردند، در نتیجه او باعث شد تا آنها خود را فراموش کنند. اینها ستمکاران هستند.
[59:20] Not equal are the dwellers of the Hellfire and the dwellers of Paradise; the dwellers of Paradise are the winners.
[59:21] If we revealed this Quran to a mountain, you would see it trembling, crumbling, out of reverence for GOD. We cite these examples for the people, that they may reflect.
(۵۹:۲۱) اگر ما این قرآن را بر کوه نازل می‌کردیم، می‌دیدی که از هیبت خدا می‌لرزید و خرد می‌شد. ما این مثالها را برای مردم می‌زنیم تا باشد که تفکر کنند.
[59:22] He is the One GOD; there is no other god besides Him. Knower of all secrets and declarations. He is the Most Gracious, Most Merciful.
(۵۹:۲۲) او خدای یکتا است؛ غیر از او خدایی نیست. دانای غیب و آشکار. او بخشندهترین است، مهربانترین.
[59:23] He is the One GOD; there is no other god besides Him. The King, the Most Sacred, the Peace, the Most Faithful, the Supreme, the Almighty, the Most Powerful, the Most Dignified. GOD be glorified; far above having partners.
(۵۹:۲۳) او خدای یکتا است؛ غیر از او خدایی نیست. پادشاه، مقدسترین، صلح، مؤمنترین، تعالی، بزرگوارترین، پرقدرتترین، با وقارترین. ستایش خدا را؛ بسیار بالاتر از آنکه شرکایی داشته باشد.
[59:24] He is the One GOD; the Creator, the Initiator, the Designer. To Him belong the most beautiful names. Glorifying Him is everything in the heavens and the earth. He is the Almighty, Most Wise.
(۵۹:۲۴) او خدای یکتا است؛ خالق، آغازکننده، طراح. زیباترین اسمها از آن او است. همه چیز در آسمانها و زمین به ستایش او مشغول است. او بزرگوار است، حکیمترین.
